By purchasing, accessing, or using The Medical Writing Masterclass ("the Course", "we", "us", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not access the Course.

2. Intellectual Property & Piracy Protection

All content, materials, frameworks, and templates provided within the Course are the exclusive intellectual property of MedicalWriterPro. You are granted a single, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the materials for your personal educational use only.

• You may NOT share your login credentials with anyone. Our system monitors IP addresses and simultaneous logins.
• You may NOT reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of any Course material.
• Any violation of these intellectual property rights will result in immediate termination of your access without refund, and we reserve the right to pursue severe legal action for damages and lost revenue.

3. Strict No-Refund Policy

Due to the immediate, digital nature of the Course and instant access to proprietary intellectual property, all sales are final and non-refundable. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree that you waive any right to a refund, chargeback, or dispute under any circumstance.

4. Income Disclaimer

The Medical Writing Masterclass is an educational program. We provide frameworks and training, but we do not guarantee any specific financial results, job placements, or earnings. Your success depends entirely on your own effort, execution, and market conditions. You agree that we are not liable for any lack of financial success you may experience.

5. Termination of Access

We reserve the right to instantly revoke your access to the Course and associated communities without notice or refund if you violate these Terms, engage in disruptive behavior in our community groups, or disparage the business.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall MedicalWriterPro, its founders, or affiliates be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the Course. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Course.

7. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time at our sole discretion. Continued use of the Course constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
